Stayed in a nice size and huge room with a settee & chairs. The location was absolutely perfect, at a short distance from Volcano and near bars and restaurants as well as the Jaude Square.

location: the hotel was next to the center of clermont, a market, and the restaurant. the room was spacious with smoke detectors for safety measures, and an electric kettle, climate control and a personal safe. this was my second decent stay here and i would stay here again.

Reception staff were very helpful which was much appreciated.
No residents bar running in the evenings - so not atmosphere on returning to hotel after dinner.

I picked this hotel as a midway stopover so was not expecting to be wow'd by it - I wasn'T. Rooms/corridors very dark. Restaurant food and service adequate rather than good. Probably ok for a business trip if you had to stay in clermont ferrand but not somewhere i'd recommend.

Tv was not working on day 1 (signal problem) but it was back to operation on day 2. I think it is singnal transmission, punctual problem
